Getting Your Network Right from Day One

Setting up network equipment isn't something most businesses want to think about. But when it's done properly, you won't have to.

We've been helping companies across Songkhla get their infrastructure working smoothly since 2019. The setup phase matters because it determines whether you'll spend the next five years dealing with connection drops and security headaches—or just getting on with running your business.

Our onboarding process walks you through exactly what needs to happen and when. No surprises, no technical jargon you don't need.

Which Setup Path Makes Sense for You?

Different businesses need different approaches. We've structured three pathways based on what we've learned works best—depending on your timeline, complexity, and how much hands-on involvement you want.

Quick Start

You need basic equipment running fast. Maybe you're moving offices or replacing aging hardware.

This works well when you have straightforward requirements: routers, switches, access points. Standard configurations that don't need heavy customization.

  • Initial consultation within 48 hours
  • Equipment recommendations based on space
  • Installation scheduled within one week
  • Basic security protocols included

Structured Build

You're dealing with multiple locations or specific compliance needs. Things take longer because they should.

We map out your network topology first, then configure everything to match your actual workflow and security requirements.

  • Detailed site assessment and planning
  • Custom configuration documentation
  • Phased installation to minimize disruption
  • Staff training on network management

Full Migration

You're moving from an existing setup or integrating with legacy systems. This means careful planning and testing before anything goes live.

We run parallel systems during transition, so there's no moment where your business stops functioning while we switch things over.

  • Complete infrastructure audit
  • Migration strategy with rollback plans
  • Parallel testing environment
  • Post-migration monitoring period

What Actually Happens During Setup

People often ask how long the whole thing takes. Honest answer: it depends on what you're building and what already exists.

But the process itself follows the same pattern regardless. Here's how it typically unfolds when we're setting up network equipment for a mid-sized office in Hat Yai.

1

Discovery Call

We start with a conversation—usually takes about 45 minutes. You tell us what's working, what isn't, and what you need your network to handle.

We're listening for capacity requirements, security concerns, and any specific applications that need guaranteed bandwidth.

This isn't a sales pitch. We're trying to figure out if we can actually help, and if so, what approach makes sense. Sometimes that means recommending a Quick Start. Sometimes it means suggesting you wait three months until your lease renewal so we can plan properly.
2

Site Assessment

Someone from our team visits your location. We measure distances, check power availability, look at existing cabling, and identify potential interference sources.

This usually takes 2-3 hours depending on building complexity. We document everything with photos and notes.

Last month we assessed a warehouse where the owner said they had "good coverage." Turned out they had three dead zones and their access points were mounted behind metal shelving. The site visit saved them from buying equipment that wouldn't have solved the actual problem.
3

Equipment Specification

Based on what we found, we spec out exactly what you need. Brand recommendations, model numbers, quantities. We explain why each piece matters and what it does.

You get a detailed quote with no hidden items. If something optional might help, we mark it clearly as optional.

We don't push expensive gear you don't need. If a mid-range switch handles your traffic fine, that's what we recommend. If you need enterprise-grade equipment because you're running VoIP systems and video conferencing simultaneously, we tell you that too.
4

Installation Day

Our technicians arrive at the scheduled time with all equipment. Installation happens during your preferred hours—early morning before staff arrive, evenings, or weekends if that works better.

We mount equipment, run cables, configure settings, and test everything before we leave.

Most installations take 4-6 hours for standard office setups. Larger projects might span several days. We clean up completely—you won't find cable scraps or equipment boxes left behind.
5

Handover and Training

Once everything's running, we walk through the system with whoever manages your IT. They learn how to monitor performance, add new users, and handle basic troubleshooting.

You receive documentation covering your specific setup—not generic manuals, but notes about your actual configuration.

We also schedule a follow-up call for two weeks later. By then you've lived with the system for a bit and usually have questions about optimization or minor adjustments. That call is included—no extra charge.

Ready to Get Started?

Our next available onboarding slots open in mid-February 2025. If you're planning a setup, now's a good time to start the conversation so we can schedule around your timeline.
