At Energion-Pulsera, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you work with us for network equipment setup and IT services. We've written this in plain language because we believe you deserve to understand exactly what happens with your data.

| Website Activity | Pages visited, forms submitted, download requests | To improve our website and understand which services interest you |
How We Use Your Information
We're not in the business of selling data or sending spam. Your information serves specific purposes related to providing quality IT services:
- Service Delivery: Setting up your network equipment, configuring systems, and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Technical Support: Responding to your questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing maintenance when needed
- Project Communication: Keeping you updated on installation progress, scheduled maintenance, and system recommendations
- Documentation: Maintaining records of your network setup for future reference and support purposes
- Service Improvement: Analyzing common issues to enhance our installation processes and support quality
- Billing and Invoicing: Processing payments and maintaining financial records as required by Thai accounting regulations
What we don't do: We don't sell your contact information to third parties. We don't send promotional emails unless you've specifically asked for updates. And we don't share your technical data with anyone outside our team without your permission.
Data Storage and Security
Network security is literally what we do for a living, so we take protecting your data seriously. Here's how we keep your information safe:
- Encrypted storage for all client data using industry-standard AES-256 encryption
- Secure access controls with multi-factor authentication for our team members
- Regular security audits and penetration testing of our internal systems
- Encrypted communication channels for all email and file transfers
- Physical security measures at our Songkhla office location
- Regular data backups with encrypted off-site storage in Thailand
- Staff training on data protection and privacy best practices
- Incident response procedures in case of any security concerns
We store your data on secure servers located in Thailand, which means your information stays within the country and falls under Thai data protection laws. Our backup systems are also Thailand-based.
Your Rights Under Thai Law
Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) gives you specific rights regarding your personal information. We respect these rights and make it straightforward to exercise them:
Access Your Data
Request a copy of all personal information we have about you, including service records and communication history.
Correct Information
Update any inaccurate details in your account or ask us to fix errors in your technical documentation.
Delete Your Data
Request deletion of your personal information once our service relationship ends and legal retention periods expire.
Restrict Processing
Limit how we use your information while maintaining the minimum needed for ongoing service.
Data Portability
Receive your data in a common format that you can transfer to another service provider if needed.
Object to Use
Withdraw consent for specific uses of your information, like receiving service updates or newsletters.
To exercise any of these rights, just send us an email at info@energion-pulsera.com. We'll respond within 30 days as required by Thai law. You won't need to jump through hoops or fill out complicated forms.
Information Sharing
We keep your information within our company whenever possible. But there are a few situations where we might need to share limited data:
Equipment Vendors
When ordering network equipment on your behalf, we share necessary details with manufacturers and distributors. This usually includes your business name and technical specifications but not your complete contact information.
Payment Processing
Financial transactions go through secure payment processors that comply with international banking standards. They receive only the information needed to process payments.
Legal Requirements
If Thai authorities request information under valid legal processes, we'll provide what's legally required. We'll notify you when possible unless prohibited by law.
Service Partners
Occasionally we work with specialized contractors for large installations. These partners sign confidentiality agreements and only receive information relevant to their specific tasks.
We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data isn't a product for us—it's a responsibility.
Data Retention
We don't keep your information forever. Here's how long we retain different types of data:
- Active Client Records: Maintained throughout our service relationship plus two years after the last service date
- Technical Documentation: Network diagrams and configuration records kept for three years to support warranty and troubleshooting
- Financial Records: Invoices and payment history retained for seven years as required by Thai accounting regulations
- Communication History: Emails and support tickets archived for two years, then permanently deleted
- Website Activity: Analytics data anonymized after 12 months and aggregated for reporting
- Marketing Contacts: Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe anytime; inactive contacts removed after 24 months
After these periods, we securely delete or anonymize your information. If you close your account, we'll expedite deletion of non-essential data while keeping what's legally required.
Cookies and Website Technology
Our website uses a few technical tools to function properly. Nothing invasive—just the basics needed for a working business site:
Essential Cookies
These keep the website running and remember your preferences during a session. Can't really turn these off without breaking site functionality.
Analytics
We use basic analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they navigate our site. This helps us improve content and fix confusing areas. The data is aggregated and doesn't identify individuals.
Contact Forms
When you submit a contact form, we temporarily store that information to process your inquiry. If you don't become a client, we delete form submissions after 90 days.
We don't use advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies. Your browsing on our site stays between you and us.
International Data Transfers
Most of our work happens within Thailand, and your data stays here. But occasionally we might need to transfer information internationally:
- Technical support from equipment manufacturers based overseas may require sharing network diagnostics
- Cloud-based tools we use might store data on international servers with Thai data centers
- Email services use global infrastructure but maintain encryption throughout transmission
When international transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place through standard contractual clauses or other approved mechanisms under Thai law.
Children's Privacy
Our services are designed for businesses, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years old. If we discover we've accidentally gathered data from a minor, we'll delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
Technology changes, laws evolve, and our business grows. When we need to update this privacy policy, we'll post the new version on our website and note the revision date at the top.
For significant changes that affect how we handle your data, we'll send you an email notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. You'll have time to review the updates and contact us with any concerns.
If you continue using our services after the changes go live, we'll consider that acceptance of the updated policy. If you don't agree with the changes, you can request account closure and data deletion.
